This project involves the total renovation of a 130 sq.m. apartment in Alimos, with the primary goal of creating a modern, functional, and human-centric living space tailored to the owners’ daily needs.
The original floor plan was radically modified to create a new interior layout, emphasizing ergonomics, a sense of comfort, and spatial harmony. The new structure offers a clear distinction between communal and private zones, while the openings enhance the connection with natural light and the exterior environment.
The apartment acquired a modern aesthetic identity, featuring material and color choices in earthy, natural tones. The interior design follows a palette of soft hues, aiming for an intimate and timeless residential environment.
The interior design study ensured the optimal utilization of the existing building shell, creating a space characterized by consistent quality and a pleasant daily living experience.
