The project involves the construction of a modern mixed-use industrial building, featuring a heavy-vehicle service center and a commercial warehouse. The study focuses on integrating complex functional requirements with urban planning regulations, resulting in a technically sound and architecturally balanced facility.
The structure is organized in a rectangular 35 x 70 meter floor plan, consisting of five distinct building volumes that functionally separate the service center from the warehouse. The complex is strategically positioned on the plot to respect boundary setbacks and road proximity, ensuring natural ventilation, ample lighting, and optimal solar gain due to its southeastern orientation.
The building follows a modern industrial aesthetic with a symmetrical layout and flow-through vehicle circulation via the main and rear facades. Extensive glass facades on the upper-floor corner volumes and the stair/elevator core enhance natural luminosity, providing a sense of transparency and clean architectural lines.
