This project involves the design and construction of a mixed-fuel service station, fully organized to serve both driver needs and operational business requirements.
The site layout, architectural solution, and traffic management were designed with core objectives:
- Easy access and smooth vehicle flow.
- Maximum visibility from the main thoroughfare.
- Optimal orientation for ideal natural lighting.
- Functional clarity between different uses.
The structural frame of all superstructure buildings was constructed from structural steel, ensuring high strength, flexibility, and rapid erection. Buildings were clad with thermal insulating polyurethane sandwich panels, while health and safety regulations were strictly met in the dining and restroom areas.
Primary Facilities:
Main Station Building (Ground Floor 190 sq.m. + Attic 61 sq.m.), which includes:
- Inflow-outflow monitoring room.
- Customer service area with seating and buffet.
- Kitchen and bar.
- Offices, accounting department, and storage space.
- Public and PRM-accessible restrooms.
- Attic with auxiliary storage space and an additional W.C.
Car & Truck Wash/Lubrication Building (Surface 91.35 sq.m.): Includes specialized bays for exterior and interior cleaning of trucks and cars, as well as a mechanical room.
- Three underground fuel tanks and one LPG tank.
- Two pump canopies (231.00 sq.m. and 48.00 sq.m.).
- LPG pump/tank canopy (19.64 sq.m.).
The complete study also encompassed corporate identity signage, giving the fuel station a recognizable and welcoming look, with distinct colors and materials fully harmonized with the surrounding area’s character (industrial zone).
