From plot to vision — this project represents a comprehensive architectural and construction development, aiming to create a modern two-story residence with a basement in Ippokrateios Politeia. Our team undertook the entire design and implementation of the project, from excavation and foundation to its final completion.
The structural frame is based on composite construction, combining the robustness of reinforced concrete with the flexibility of a steel frame. The superstructure is enhanced with a modern SYMDECK composite flooring system, ensuring high load-bearing capacity and structural reliability.
The construction progressed with dry-wall masonry, an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS), energy-efficient PVC frames, and electric underfloor heating. The project is completed with a modern interior design that harmonizes with the contemporary character of the building and its unique location.
