This project involved the legalization of existing structures, followed by a complete interior redesign, decoration study, electromechanical engineering, and a specialized lighting study. As part of the intervention, a full energy upgrade was implemented to enhance the property’s sustainability and efficiency.
The old, fragmented rooms were replaced by open-plan, ergonomic spaces featuring a modern design in neutral, earthy tones. The apartment was reimagined with a focus on luminosity, functionality, and aesthetic cohesion.
The overall intervention aimed at a radical renovation and technical overhaul of the apartment, increasing its energy efficiency and reducing operating costs. Consequently, the property is now more attractive to high-quality tenants and offers a higher investment yield for the owner, specifically targeting long-term real estate exploitation.
